For all the trauma that African Americans, Black people, Colored people, Negros have been through down through the years…someone has to pay.
You can’t oppress, harass, suppress, and terrorize a people for years and there not be any consequences.
As a melanated person in this country it’s been one traumatic racial experience after another.
Discrimination on the job, racial bias in housing, violation of civil rights, suppression of freedoms, voting rights violations, theft of persons, theft of properties (including intellectual property) of Black people.
We have not been able to have one moment of peace on this earth without racist/bigoted people bothering us for one thing after another. In order to uphold the made up concept of whiteness.
What a lot of pain. What a lot of suffering. What a lot of trauma. For all the trauma we’ve been through someone’s going to have to make amends.
